This product is an assembly of several carbohydrates obtained from the hydrolysis of a white powder rich in starch which is then filtered, concentrated and dried.
Our starch comes from non-GMO cassava and rice.
Maltodextrin is a white carbohydrate powder, neutral in taste and not very sweet. It is a polymer of variable length, offering a wide range of characteristics.
Depending on the desired sweetness, it can be used as a sweetening agent, a thickener or a bulking agent to increase the volume of a processed food.
